Why I do this

I know the gym from the side most people do not talk about. Standing at the edge of the room, watching everyone else move like they were handed a manual you never received.

Here is what I learned. You were never the problem. You were simply never shown the parts that get skipped. The cue no one mentions. The reason it finally makes sense. That is what I teach.

I start women with the lower body, because it is where confidence builds fastest, and we grow from there. No noise, no jargon, no judgment. Just you, getting strong and finally knowing what you are doing.

Do I need to be fit or experienced to start?

Not at all. This is built for beginners. If you have never touched a machine, you are exactly who I made this for.

Are you a certified personal trainer?

I am not a certified trainer. I am a coach who teaches what I have learned and lived. I focus on helping women build strength and confidence with safe, simple programming, and I will always tell you to check with a doctor before starting.

Is this only lower body?

Lower body is where most women want to start and where I focus, but your plan keeps you balanced and strong overall, and we grow from there.

How much time does it take each week?

We build your plan around your real schedule. Even a few days a week works.

What if I cannot get to a gym?

Tell me on the form and I will work with your home setup too.
